PAMPHLETS

A pamphlet rack is located in the vestibule of the Church for the convenience of visitors and parishioners.  There are a number of phamplets available for the taking which will, not doubt, help each one of us learn more about the Orthodox Faith.  Please feel free to take any phamplets that you believe will be particularly helpful to you, a family member, friend, etc. 

St. GEORGE CHURCH SCHOOL PROGRAM

St. George Church School is in session for the year 2008-2009.  Classes are held in our educational building next to the church following the Divine Liturgy on Sundays from 11:45 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. In addition, Fr. Jason and Khouria Anna offer an opportunity for a discussion group for parents and all adults at the same time as our children's classes are in session.

Please take advantage of these educational opportunities offered through the parish of St. George.  If you have any questions or are interested in participating in these programs, please contact our parish and we will be glad to assit you.  Our Church School Coordinator is Jill Walter.

.Thanksgiving Dinner Sponsorships - 2008

Our parish of St. George will once again sponsor grocery store gift cards in the amount of $50.00 each to be distributed to families in need to help them with their thanksgiving dinners.   We are committed to collect a total of $750.00 or more this year for our Thanksgiving Dinner Drive.  If you would like to donate toward this most worthy cause, please make your checks payable to St. George Church earmarked, "Thanksgiving Dinner Donation 2008."  Thank you for your prayers and generosity.
